Refunds

• Products purchased from MJ Mini Vape can be returned within 3 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • MJ Mini Vape reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

• Refunds are only issued for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt and cannot be exchanged.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Additionally, exchanges are subject to the condition that the customer provides a video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the condition of the product upon arrival.
  • Once we receive your video and verify the condition of the product, we will process the exchange accordingly.

Shipping returns

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
